Good looking Aeriola Senior type AC amplifier for the one tube receiver. These were introduced in mid 1922 and sold by RCA as a companion amplifier for the Aeriola Sr receiver. The mahogany box is a match for the Aeriola Sr and the battery / output connectors line up when placed next to each other. The set includes the original, early WD-11 tall glass tubes shown. Both are display duds [no filaments] and look great protruding from the panel.
The cabinet and panel are both... in excellent condition and make a nice display piece. The cabinet has been neatly refinished. The lid paper is a perfect replica and properly tacked into place. Interior is clean, both original audio transformers are working [at least both sections of each transformer show continuity .. I have not actually operated the amp but was assured it does function with good tubes installed].
The set measures approx 7" X 7" X 8.5" wide and very well packed shipping weight will be 8.5 pounds from zip code 24012.
