Here up for bid is this cool little circa 1956 Crosley "Book" radio, which is a transistor/tube hybrid radio shaped like a book. The case is leather bound. The radio is in very good condition. The gold front panel looks great. The chassis is clean and complete. The radio uses batteries and is untested. This was ...one of the first radios to use transistors in circuit. The first radio to use transistors came out the year before in 1955. The book radio measures 7 inches by 4.5 inches by 2 inches deep. buyer pays $20 shipping to 48 states.
