Original Description:
Here is a nice old skew dado plane marked Union Factory H Chapin.  The plane cuts a 7/8" dado which is a useful size for rough sawn lumber. Has a knicker and adjustable depth stop.  Measures 9 5/8" long.The plane is in original as found condition and needs to be restored for use. It appears to be complete and should tune up without major work and become a good tool in the shop.
A top quality tool by a known maker ready to be restored for use.
