The device for sale is a vintage (mid 1970's) Elenco Electronics, Inc. SG-100 Crosshatch Generator. My father and I got this device when we built a Heath-kit TV back in the 1970's. As far as I know, other than using it to converge that TV, I don't believe it has ever been used. It is in the original box with the original documentation. I have not tested the unit since the 70's. I found an ad in the February 1976 Radio-Electronics magazine which adver...tised it as having 2 patterns, 20X16 Crosshatch, 320 dots, and it weighs only 17 ounces. In that ad the price was $59.95 which was significant money in 1976. Please look at the pictures since they are of the actual device for sale and should answer most questions. They are a part of this description. Sold as-is.
