On offer is this antique, ceramic, underglaze-transferred, multi-color, PRATTWARE, pot lid #7 in this Shakespeareseries and features a scene from Shakespeare's famous work entitled "Hamlet". The colors are nice and strong, with good contrast, and the pictorial on the lid face features a scene where Hamlet is confronted with his Father's Ghost. This lid is rated RARE in Mortimer's reference book, and valued at around $150. I am offering it at a greatly reduced price. T...his item is estimated to havebeen produced in approx 1880.
