Paul Leonard Hagarty, O.S.B., O.B.E. (March 20, 1909 –September 22, 1984) was an American prelate of the Catholic Church, and this cross is from his estate collection. He was thefirst Bishop of Nassau (1960–81), having previously served as Vicar Apostolicof the Bahama Islands (1950–60).This crucifix h...as never been used and is in pristine vintagecondition. The crucifix is 2 inches hanging lenght, and it weighs 5 grams sterling. Thecross is marked sterling on the back, and it was cast at the Catamore Foundry.It is made of solid sterling silver and comes with and oval shaped ringsuitable for hanging on a chain.Thanks for your kind support of our work!
