ANTIQUE 1850 NEW TESTAMENT American Bible Society LEATHER BOUND Pocket BIBLE.This isn't in the best of shape but for something that's almost 170 years old it's pretty good . It was obviously well-read and carried around. The writing inside says it was presented to, or belonged to, Joseph Palmer in 1853. There are little scraps of paper used as bookmarks with hand written notes. There is a folded leaflet about cure alls and their trickery, which has lots of handwriting on the back. Ther...e is separation at the spine and several places but it looks like all the pages are there.
