lebanonjhall0920fx20jds75 Here is a nice clear glass, Tall Round Embossed Quart (TREQ) Cream Separator or "DENT" milk bottle, embossed in slug plate on front: Gascoyne / G / Dairy. Embossed on base: Lockport, N.Y. This patented milk bottle has a pronounced "DENT" (indentation) on the back side. Embossed "This Side / Up" above the dent. Embossed: Cream Separator / Bottle / Inc. below the dent. Embossed on reverse near the heel: Pat. 7-8-30 / No. 1770093. The "Cream Separator Bottle" p...atent was designed to help you pour the cream off the top of the non-homogenized milk - if you poured it dent up, you got cream, if you poured it dent side down, you got milk. (according to the patent anyway). CONDITION: Near Mint, NO chips, cracks or dings. Just some minor light wear from use. See pictures above. I grade this one a 9.5 on a scale of 1 to 10.
