This Vintage Plomb, Stamped War Finish, 1/4" Drive Ratchet #4749 is in very good condition.  It ratchets well in both directions, the head is relatively tight and there are no previous owner's ID marks on it.  We have not cleaned or refurbished this ratchet in any manner, as we leave those decisions up to the eventual buyer.
On the top side, it is stamped "4749 PLOMB" with the 2 downward facing arrows on each side.
On the bottom side, it is stamped "WAR FINISH" just bel...ow the head and "MADE U.S.A. - HC" on the handle.
