BLADE COLOURThe white stream you see on the blade left side on facial is the result of the water trickling along this path over the blade - absolutely unusual feature! According to paleonthology studies when fossils a...re exposed to fresh water for extensive periods of time - the water washes away the non-organic pigments which had substituted original organic matter in the course of fossilisation in the first place.
In other words - millions years' old patina is washed away exposing the original colour! And what a striking contarst of colours here due to the same water oozing over this part of blade for ages - leaving the rest of the blade terracota! And the lingual is terracota overall! Lost for words, just wow!:))
General colour on labial - eggshell/ivory. And snow white! Never seen one like it!
BOURLETTEYes! Water oozing for ages down the blade pushed bourlette down and is responsible for it changing colour to blue. BOURLETTE HERE IS 100% NATURAL, NO REPAIRS TO IT, NO RESTO, 95% of bourlette survived.
SERRATIONSExtra good serrations, just outstanding, sharp and deep, excellent tip.
ROOTThe root has got a solid, dense & stable surface with good form. Light brown in colour. You clearly see all the natural details and original texture. Left lobe partly professionally restored (filling of some pitting).
