Gem bone or Limb Cast1 lb 15 oz Estate find rough faced specimen thats either a very oddball Hampton Butte limb cast, or a equally oddball gem bone specimen. Mix of green with moss like areas and some spots that look like gembone cell structure. Mix of contrasting colors mixed throughout with pinks, reds, white, yellows with waterlevel banding and fortifications thrown inLimb casts (And Gembone) develop when the original wood (Or Bone) has been completely replaced by silica with no or... little original wood (or Bone) structure remaining, original form when plant or animal died was a mold of sorts for the silica replacing its form Shown wet & measures approx. 5" x 3.2" x 2"+/- Macro and normal photos shownPriority flat rate with confirmation, Combine shipping and save.
