Ultra rare! Live collected! Big! 35.4 mm F+ (lip brocken and trimmed)

Shalateen. Egypt. This extremely rare species is endemic to the northern part of the Red Sea. In 2015, an Egyptian shrimp vessel raised several dozen specimens of this species during a dredged. Despite the fact that all specimens had live lips, almost all were broken. Unfortunately the local dealer decided to "improve" the shells and trimmed off their lips. I have no ...evidence of new finds of this species in recent years.  Don't miss this chance!
