SHIPPING: We are always happy to combine shipping on multiples items whenever it is safe to do so. If you purchase multiple items, please wait for an adjusted invoice or send us a request to update the shipping cost. If you do pay the eBay generated invoice(s) and the actual shipping cost turns out to be less than you were charged, we will automatically refund overages of $2 or more.
We use plenty of quality packing materials so that your item(s) will arrive in the same condition as they left our shop. We do recycle/re-use clean, usable packing materials when possible. If your item arrives damaged in shipment (this almost never happens) please save all packing materials and take photos of the condition of the package as it arrived. We will refund your full purchase price including shipping costs as soon as we have the documentation needed for us to file a claim against the shipper.
We do recognize that shipping costs can seem extremely high for certain items. We do not add any handling or materials fees to the actual cost of shipping. eBay retains 10% of the shipping charges we collect from our buyers. We will always use the least cost, safest method to ship your item(s). For purchases of $250 or more, we require signature on delivery, for your protection and ours. For furniture and other large items, you, the buyer, should make all arrangements, including payment, with the shipper of your choice.
