A very nice agate limb with a unique green tint. This piece also hasnice external character. Much of the Wiggins Fork material comes directlyout of the river bed but we were told by the collector that this one came outof sediments adjacent to the river. That helps to explain why the piecestill retains its excellent woodlike character on ...the exterior surface - it hasnot been subjected to as much river water smoothing as a lot of the material wesee. It measures 3/8” in diameter and 3.5” in length. We specialize in petrified wood and plant fossils which are accurately identified as to locality of origin and family, genus or species. We don’t guess and when we don’t know, we say so! Your specimen will come with a label identifying the specimen, the locality where it was collected, the formation and age of the material and any other pertinent information we have gleaned from our literature search. Buyer to pay shipping charge of $6.00 for delivery to addresses in the United States.
