Original Description:
Mid 19th century hunter with hat & rifle on horseback hunting or sporting vest button. It is a low convex 2-piece button. The reverse is tin plated iron and has a small depressed, c.1850's, SUPER FINE EXTRA backmark. The shank is straight. This button measures 15.5 mm's in diameter and shows some use wear. It is a nice early sporting or hunting button for your collection. The pictures are accurate as to its condition. Please look at my other auctions.
