Up for bid is a terrific member pin from the Sigma Nu fraternity, which has a single ruby on the front for the snake's eye. It has the initials S.G. engraved on the back side, as well as the Epsilon Omicron chapter letters (University of Southern California) and '40 for the year 1940. I also see an LGB hallmark. Not marked for content, but does acid test to be 10K gold. The pin is in very good condition, with no damage or wear seen. It is a bit dark with t...arnish, and could use a good cleaning. It has a working clasp. It measures 5/8" wide and weighs 2.95 grams. A very nice addition to your Sigma Nu or vintage fraternity / sorority collection!
