Item is an automotive collectible as it was used for cleaning out the valves in automobiles by hand cranking and the end piece would rotate and clean out the gunk. Neat item from the 1910's that is still fully functional, turns and works properly. Shows the rusty metal and wear of over a hundred year old item that has... been stored in a barn.
