This appears to me to be a modern manufactured small Belt axe, made possibly by Condor for Marbles. There is some rust on the head that I wire brushed but it still shows, but will not affect the performance once this tool is sharpened properly. The etching is hard to read. The handle seems to be stained and is lazer engraved "FOR EVERY HOUR IN THE OPEN"

The head is mounted on the handle with what looks like machine made cuts just below the head as they are identical on both sides. The head is mounted very soundly and tightly. The sheath shows some soiling and stains but is fine.
