Vintage 1930's " HENIZ " Pressed Steel Delivery Truck manufactured by Metalcraft, St. Louis, Mo. U.S.A. It measures just over 12" long with the tailgate opened. The drivers side has original decals advertising Rice Flakes, Spaghetti, Tomato Ketchup with the Pure Food Products 57 Heniz Varieties label. Over the passenger compartment is an NRA stamp showing Support for WWII. The right side of the truck has decals for Rice Flakes, Baked Beans and Bottled Vinegars along with th...e Pure Food Products label. We believe this Metalcraft Delivery Truck came with headlamps that could light up from other examples we have seen. This Heinz truck is missing the front grill and lights but still has the battery compartment. A wonderful of pre-war metal delivery truck for someone's winter restoration project.
