Here is a Vintage Cotton FABRIC, Slightly Sheer, Blue Flowers on White, Big Piece: 90" x 46".
At first glance, it looks like cotton, but it is not impossible that it could be some cotton + something else, anyway, it looks like cotton.
This piece is rather big, I am not sure what is the width and what is the length because it has been cut on the four sides. I am wondering if it was not a curtain originally, because there are kind of floral stripes at the bottom, or on th...e side, depending on how you look at the piece. According to me, here is the size, as I see it, but I may be wrong, the length can be the width and vice versa:
Size: 90"wide x 46" long.
Condition: Used in the sense it has been pre-owned, but I don't think this specific piece has been actually used. I washed it, but it may need to be freshened up again because it has been in my closet during awhile, and it needs a better ironing. It is fraying a little on the edges, nothing major. Also, check the last photo, the print has been weirdly made on a small area. Overall great pre-owned condition, please, check the photos as well.
