Vintage Chinese Hand Carved Cinnabar Pendant
This wonderful estate item carved cinnabar pendant measures 2-1/8" by 1-5/8" by 5/16" thick.
The carving is repeated on both sides and features a fantastically coiled beast with a monkey-like face and spiraling tail.
The creature is raised against a backdrop of very finely carved screening or lattice.
There are two small holes drill...ed at one end and two more at the edge of the lip at the other end.
