Up for auction are two vintage GI Joe dolls/action figures which are in pieces but come with all their parts. They are dated 1964. The "talking" (well, it's supposed to talk) GI Joe appears to have been apart at some point and is most likely missing his talking mechanism. One of his back screws is missing and the other is replaced and there is something rattling around when you shake him. His flocked hair is in good condition and he has a cool scar but there is wear to his eyebrows and... a rub on his nose. One arm has come off and there are multiple splits on his limbs. The bearded GI Joe has patchy flocked hair and flocked beard, as well as a scar. He is in much better shape than his buddy. I don't see any splits. The major concerns are his disconnected hand--no matter how hard he tries, he cannot put it back on:)--and the patchy flocking on his head. These are great figures that may be repairable if you have the skills or offer lots of good parts to save another one of your guys. They have a lot of character as they are. There are no unpleasant odors.
