Antique clipless paper fastener -  marked to top CLIPLESS PAPER FASTENER COMPANY NEWTON IOWA USA PATD AUG 2 1910 IN US AND FOREIGN COUNTRIES - 6 1/2 x 4 x 3/4  in size full bright nickle chrome plated - item works perfect and blade super sharp ( clean crisp cut ) - usually these are larger desk top stampers and the little hand ones are kinda rare - this works well on regular weight paper about 5-7 sheets MAX not for cardboard even business card weight would be two sheets and ...the paper cant be stiff - no plastic or credit card type material - not for cloth
item comes apart with screws for service and oiling - still a relevant item and useful - defiantly meets GREEN standards and all USA made
