This is an original rotary Boye Needle Shuttle Bobbin display case. Patent date Feb. 17, 1925.Excellent condition given its age. There is one dent roughly 2" long shown in two pics, and two small pencil point dents also shown in a pic. Some scratches and paint wear. It measures roughly 16" in diameter x 4" high (including knob and dial on front).
