This is an all original boxed white Cheetah Thunderjet series HO scale racing slot car #1403 made by Aurora from 1969 through 1972. This rare classic vintage slot car is in great NOS never used condition. It does not look like it has seen any track time. The wheelwells have never been cut or shaved to allow for wider tires. The body is free of any noticeable flaws such as chips, scratches, or cracks in the very shiny molded white surface. The windshield, window posts, and all factory p...ainted black, red & silver accents are still perfect. The glass is still factory secure and perfect. Both screw posts are crack free. Both still hold a screw tightly. The car comes complete with its original unused working open rivet pancake motor, two screws, and front pin. The shiny chrome on the hubs is still 100% there. The tires are still soft and crack free. The original box and all box inserts are included. The packaging shows only slight wear from light use over the years. Card inserts colors are still bright and shiny. A rare roughly 51 year old collectible in this nearly perfect condition is a must for any HO slot car, Aurora, T-jet / Vibrator, Cheetah, or car racing fan or collector who seeks out the rarest and best available. You will not see a nicer one.
Shipping will be via whichever USPS rate makes the most sense given my attempt to limit the cost while delivering the item in a safe and timely manner (Most likely first class). Insurance is required for all shipments of $100 or more. The buyer will be responsible for the actual cost of such insurance.
