PLEASE READ! Here's another beauty from Johnny Blazer's Buried Treasures! This is the Hot Wheels Redline Custom Mustang (Ford GT Fastback) released in 1968. This is the US version. When I got this car it had been taken apart and stripped of it's plating. I replated it but there are still some defects that show through. Then I repainted it in a beautiful spectraflame orange. The paint is gorgeous, any imperfections are due to the lighting. It was put back together with my version o...f repo rivets.
Here's the parts list:
Glass: repo louvered rear window
Interior: painted white (original black from Mustang Stocker)
Axles: original straightened
Wheels: repo US bearing
Hood: original (solid hinges)
The base was chrome plated so I repainted, the grill, tail, and taillights. Unfortunately the engine did not get plated. However this car still looks fantastic!
