This is NOT a real photo postcard. It is like a real photo postcard but it was developed on blank paper rather than postcard paper. But if you addressed it and put a stamp on it, it would have gone through the mail as a postcard. This real photo picture is from the H.L. Ruggles & Co. Printers of (Chicago, Illinois). It has two tiny punctures on the lower right corner, a light horizontal crease and a smudge on the lower front of the picture.
Harry Lyman Rug...gles was born in 1871 and died in 1959, age 88. He was the former president of the H.L. Ruggles Co. Printers, 107 N. Wacker Dr. and moved to Santa Monica, CA after his retirement in 1947. He is one of the founders of the Rotary Club in Chicago.
