Ideal "Shinola" HatchetThis auction is for a vintage Ideal "Shinola" hand forged steel hatchet made by the Bridgeport Hardware Co. in Bridgeport, Connecticut. The hatchet is approximately 12" in length with a 3" blade. It has a riveted wood split handle riveted through the forged steel handle. There is a split in the handle, but it is still pretty solid.
