Vintage Keystone Steam Shovel Ride Em Toy As Played With For Restoration 1920 ' S

Keystone Steam Shovel or excavator from the 1920s. I used to play with this toy and I think my kids did too. It is in as played with condition. The roof has flattened out, there may be some missing items that operate the shovel and I know there was a chain that is not there. There is surface rust on many of the parts. The wooden handles are present but have no paint on them. The only mark I can find is the decal near the end of the... main arm.
I can provide more photos and answer questions. The wheels still roll, parts are all movable etc. All steel construction.
