Tough felt Camp Winnebago Arrow Award, most likely from the 1940's. Camp Winnebago was the main council camp for the merged (in 1980) Union Council, Elizabeth, NJ. This patch measures about 9" by 8". Unfortunately, it has some pretty significant moth damage, but I have been told these old felt patches can be repaired using ordinary felt fibers from today. All the red flocking appears to be present. But, please refer to the image for the actual condition however.
