Item: This sale is for an old hand painted plate. It is unmarked, so not sure when or where it was made, but has a oriental feel to it, but could equally have been made in Staffordshire. It has a feel of quality about it, especially with the painted decoration on the underside.
Condition: It is in vintage condition with small chips to the rim.
