*AUCTIONS / DESCRIPTIONS / PHOTOS*
I mainly deal in new or displayed collectibles. The condition will always be described and photos shown of the actual item ( if I use a stock photo I will put that in listing ). I will from time to time deal in many different items. Please be certain to read entire listing to see about conditions and other things. I will sometimes use short hand to describe my items like NM or Lightly used ….etc. If confused by any description it’s best to just email and ask before bidding. I usually make a point to say this in all my listings but everything is from a clean, non smoking home. Sometimes I will deal in collectibles that were displayed in a smoking environment and if thats the case it will be stated in listing. If anything is broken or not as new that will also be listed. It’s important that if you have any concerns about your purchase that it is brought to my attention ahead of time and not after you buy the item. As always READ THE ENTIRE LISTING BEFOREHAND. Almost all the concerns I get for refunds after being purchased could have been answered well ahead of time.
*PAYMENT*
Per eBay I can only accept payments made by PayPal. All payments must have confirmed addresses or otherwise I am going to have to deny payment. I can not change addresses once payment is made, which means I will not send to an address that is not sent to me directly. It’s important that all your addresses are up to date before sending me payment. If an address change is asked of me, I will simple cancel the auction and refund your money. Payment is expected with in 48 hours of auctions end time. After that time ends, I reserve the right to cancel this auction and re-list. I usually do not offer extensions beyond that time period, its best to just not buy an auction if you are unable to pay. If you change your mind after bidding or buying PLEASE LET ME KNOW as soon as possible. I do not mind cancelling auctions and re-listing but it always makes the process smoother if you give me a courtesy message.
*INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING*
I AM NOT SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL AT THIS POINT IN TIME. Sending me questions about quotes, can I make exceptions or anything having to do with shipping out of the United States is wasting my valuable time and yours. I am not making exceptions under any circumstances. I can not make this any clearer. Shipping in the United States only( while I understand I am missing out on potential sales ) is just much easier for me. Shipping expensive collectibles overseas is stressful on my end for a variety of different reasons. Please just respect my decision to not do it and good luck on your search.
*BEST OFFERS*
Most of my “Buy it now” auctions will feature best offers. I usually have my auctions already at fair market prices through my own research and best guesses. Best offers are not there for me to negotiate back and forth. If you plan on sending me a best offer, do just that, send me your best offer. IT IS NOT A NEGOTIATING TOOL! Rarely will you get a response from me beyond an acceptance or decline. Do not get anger if I decline your best offer, its just how I do business. Me sending counters end with no responses from the buyers 90% of the time and I have generally found that people usually send one offer and move on. For these reasons I usually do not waste my time with them. Messaging me with “What is the lowest you will take” or other questions will mainly just get a “submit your best offer” response from me. Shipping should never be expected to be covered with your best offer. You should only submit an offer that also includes my shipping costs. If an offer is submitted to me with the message “Free shipping” or “shipping included?” it is an automatic decline. I do from time to time set up automatic decline, again, this is just how I do business for certain items for different reasons.
*SHIPPING*
I use a variety of different options that I will have listed. Usually your item will ship out USPS first class or Parcel Select but at times can go recently I started shipping with Fedex. If I have the item listed as just economy shipping, I reserve the right to use Fedex Ground or USPS Parcel. Items under 1LB will always be shipped via USPS First Class. At times I will automatically upgrade you to Priority, if the price is the same as Parcel. If you want upgraded shipping, it’s best to contact me in advance. If I am mot offering free shipping, my shipping costs will vary by your location, based on the size of the package and weight. The cost is completely out of my hands. I can not use your account for a discount through any shipping service and do not take pre-made labels through email. I only ship directly through PayPal shipping tools directly to the address provided. I do not generally provide insurance, unless I feel I need to but it costs me money out of pocket and I do not charge extra for it. If the item is high value ( $350 + )I will almost certainly have signature confirmation and insurance. All my auctions have a maximum of 3 BUSINESS days handling time. That means you will get your item shipped within that time period ( unless an emergency situation in which you will be alerted ). When your item is shipped, you will get your tracking at that point. Messaging asking for tracking before I have printed the postage is wasting your time. Please account for USPS observed Holidays and weekends. I obviously do not ship on these days but will occasionally drop packages off on Saturday IF my day is free. If not, I only ship randomly on days throughout MON-FRI. If you buy an item late on Thursday night, I usually won’t be able to ship that item out till Monday. If an item is paid for after 5pm PST on any random day, it will usually not go out the next business day but the day after. I have my shipping on a schedule ( for the most part ) and it all depends on when the item is paid for. My best advice is, pay immediately to get the best shipping times.
*TAXES*
Just recently eBay started charging state sales tax. This is 100% completely out of my hands. Any and all taxes collected by eBay for your state is just that and nothing more. This was a law passed by the senate sometime in 2018 and is now in effect this year. (2019 and beyond) I do not give extra discount’s because of taxes you may have to pay on an item, we ALL have to pay our share as well. I live in Washington State and we have some of the highest sales tax in the country at 10%, so keep that in mind when you potentially pay much less. Items will continue to be priced fair market value but with all online purchases, you will have to pay the taxes on your purchase.
