The 24th World Boy Scout Jamboree was held at the Summit Bechtel Reserve in Mt. Hope, West Virginia July - August 2019.
This neckerchief was worn by the Scouts of Bolivia Delegation. It has an image of a samari, and says "The Last Mission, Munaraki, Bolivia Contingent, B01 002. I think this was not the Bolivian Delegation necker, but was a special neckerchief worn by one of the Bolivian Troops. I do not remember what Munaraki means, but it does have the 2019 WJ logo on it, and looks... awesome.
