Set includes two bases - one Emerald City base and one Yellow Brick Road with a Rainbow - and 8 figurines: Dorothy Gale, the Tin Man, Scarecrow, the Cowardly Lion, Glinda (the Good Witch), the Wicked Witch of the West, the Wizard, and two munchkins (in one base). All figures are in almost perfect condition, except for two figures: the Tin Man's can broke off and had to be re-glued on, and Glinda's wand had broken off in the past as well.
