New means new we just never got around to building or my boys lost interest and want something else. All my used Lego's were built by my son's and I. We put on the stickers as what fun are they without the stickers? I am a little Lord Business-ish and this set was Displayed in my office and never played with. Everything is Guaranteed to be 100% complete, I reverse build every set when I take them apart, meaning i start at the back of the instruction booklet and take the sets apart in reverse. There may be an ever so light scratches here or there or a tiny bit of dust as these are old sets and have been in baggies/storage for a while and have parts may have gotten rubbed together as we have moved over the years. If you are a perfectionist about your Lego's, you have been warned :-)
