Photos show everything. If you look up the patent number that you see in photo 3, you will see that it was applied for 1953 and issued in 1955. This is a wire cutter / stripper, but the unusual part of this one is the cable guide that you see attached to it. I believe this is fairly rare, I have never seen one like it anywhere before. You'll see there's a little blade in the cable guide, I don't know exactly what a cable guide is used for, nor how to use it. I'm assuming this is ...still a very usable tool. But I'm quite certain it is a very nice vintage collectible tool, as well. Could use a little bit of cleaning, perhaps. There is some rust / patina, not sure how much of that will be able to be cleaned off. Again, a nice vintage collectible tool.
