VINTAGE DINKY RARE HINDLE SMART HELECS ELECTRIC TRUCK (30w & 421), NO BOX

Vintage Dinky Classic Hindle Smart Helecs Electric Truck (double numbers 30w and 421), estimated 1:43, MINT paint, there is slight rust on the metal support wheels near the hitch (see pictures). Has British Railways decal on front, this electric vehicle was GREEN inspired way ahead of its time, circa 1953, yup +65 years ago!! No Box. Released circa 1953, made in Great Britain. Hard to find unit in this condition.
All the Dinky toys are preowned in my private ...collection. They are being sold as I consolidate and want to pass them along to other collectors. Many are from my childhood (oh my!). I have referred to "Dinky Toys - 4th Edition" by Dr. Edward Force for unit numbering and descriptions. I have attempted to provide accurate information, but have not verified the content of the book. There will be hundreds of vintage Dinky toys offered over the next several months. They have all been manufactured in Great Britain or France as indicated in the book. I assume the book is accurate. To the best of my knowledge I have not collected reproduction Dinky toys manufactured in the far east or elsewhere.
