Vintage balsa wood Top Flite Curtiss P-40F Flying Tiger U/C Kit. Condition is Used. This beautiful kit has the unique Top Flite Pre-Formed fuselage halves. It looks like a beginner started the build, glued some of the fuselage crutch together and found himself in over his head. Good news is the parts are all there. This kit would build an accurate scale model of the famous Flying Tiger plane from WW 2, one that fought valiantly in the far East and inspired the book and movi...e "God Is My Co-Pilot". Years ago I loaned the decal sheet to a jump plane pilot to copy the sharks teeth to paint on the Twin Otter jump plane. He cut the left side image out of the sheet, needless to say I was ticked. It is taped back in place and the decal sheet is complete. This kit would make a nice addition to your collection of WW 2 Fighter kits or Top Flite or Control line kits or build it and have a gorgeous scale model Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
