Original Description:
This is a vintage speaking tube and whistle used for communication on ships during days gone bye. Very heavy duty construction as everything is on ships. Speaking tube is about 9 inches tall and the base is 1 1/2 inches across in diameter. The lid is about 4 1/2 inches across in diameter. Has a great patina as I have had this for many years and never cleaned or polished it. A rare piece of nautical history.  See attached pictures for further details.
