THIS IS A RARE VINTAGE DATED 1933 POLITICAL ITEM. IT IS A FRAMED PLAQUE PHOTO OF PRESIDENT FRANKLIN D. ROOSEVELT IN HONOR OF THE SIGNING OF THE RECOVERY BILL JUNE 1933. IT WAS A COMPLIMENTARY GIVE-A-WAY FROM MORGANS FURNITURE STORES AND IN THE CENTER IS THE "NRA" MEMBER LOGO (NATIOANL RECOVERY ACT). IT MEASURES ABOUT 5 1/4" BY 4 1/4" . IT HAS A METAL FRAME WHICH IS RUSTED BUT CAN BE FILED AND REPAINTED IF YOU SO DESIRE. PERSONALLY I LIKE THE ORIGINAL PATINA. IT ALSO HAS A ROPE TASSLE. ...EMAIL ME WITH QUESTIONS. THANK YOU.
