Antique Elgin Pocket Watch 18s Leather Brass Fob 9814498 Silver Repair

This is an old Elgin Pocket Watch # 9814498 which I looked up, and it dates it to 1902. I know very little about these watches, so I've taken tight close-ups of the inside. I was lucky to get the back opened after watching a U-Tube video, but I don't even know how to wind it up. Oh my goodness, there is a picture of a lady inside the back cover, but I took it out to take photos, and put it back. The watch is silver in color, possibly coin, and the knob at the to...p is either brass or gold. Inside it says Fahys Pilgrim Patented. The buckle and fob on the strap has some verdigris.I haven't cleaned or polished the watch or brass pieces.
The round glass piece is beveled along the edge, and it's in lovely condition, as well as the face of the watch. There is a leather strap with a brass buckle for closure, and a fancy brass fob? Not sure if the fob hung on a man's belt. There is a piece that sticks out on the back, that looks like it would go into a hole on a belt. That way the watch would hang from the belt into his pocket. (Just a guess)
I don't know how to wind it or if it winds up, There is a hole in the top of the knob, so maybe it's a key wind. if you look at my close ups, you'll see what looks like a bluish metal spring? inside. The spring looks loose, not tight together. I'm hoping someone will clean it up and get it running again. Any questions, just write, and I'll do my best to answer. Thank you and good luck!
