Antique Vintage Powhatan Cast Iron & Bronze Fire Hydrant Coupling Converter Valve. This would be attached to a fire hydrant to be able to control and use smaller hoses. As shown it measures about 11 1/2" x 12" and 4" wide; it weighs 14 pounds. It is marked Powhatan Ranson W VA in several places and has FF in a diamond logo mark as well.
