All box contents are in excellent condition. The Chance/Community Chest card pack was opened. The property deeds, money pack, and board pieces are still sealed. The tokens are still sealed and includes the metal ring. The game board and rulebook are intact with no tears or writing. The b...ox is in fair condition with some creasing and bowing sides. The game was stored in a smoke free home.
