You are bidding on a nice example of a vintage BOXED ECLIPSE No:280 Tank & Washe...r Cutter c/w 3 Blades in good MINT clean working used condition. Good makers marks to tool as shown. Cutters are all sharp.
The pictures tell the story - used for making all kinds of larger washers or grommets in leather or sheet metal. These were used for cutting sealing rings in all sorts of pumping applications in coal mining and water pumps, also on steam engines etc.
Weight is 240g before safe packaging.
Very collectable and useable tool.
