Vintage Black and Decker Home Utility 1/4” Electric Drill. It works but the engine smells like something isnlt quite right. It may be something as simple as new brushes. I have just replaced the cord on it, have regressed the gears, and have installed a new chuck. Looks great for its age! Sold as is, thanks for looking!
