1940s Santa Fe Railroad Pictorial Chief Mechanical Advertising Pencil

Here is a Quickpoint mechanical pencil from the 1940s (although it could be from the late '30s - I don't know my mechanical pencils that well) with a picture of the famous Super Chief red and yellow Santa Fe Railroad engine. The pencil says 'A fleet of 16 Santa Fe ultra modern streamlined trains for Southwestern and California travel.' As you can see from the pictures, the pencil is in great shape. The graphics on the train and text are all there, no wear showing. The Santa Fe lo...go at the top of the pencil does show some wear. Lead operates. I can't pull the top off to check the eraser (if there was one - not sure). Beautiful example of a rare pencil.
