Previously owned Jakks Pacific EyeClops Night Vision Infrared Stealth Goggles Binoculars 2009.These are a "binoculars" style that you hold up to your face for them to work. These do NOT strap to head and are not "hands free".Requires batteries - NOT includedIn very good condition. Tested and works great. It is missing the rubber seal around the eyepiece and there is a slight delay after turning on the device and it powering up (about 1 second). At first I thought it wasn't working, but... then it powered on fine. It does this each time it is turned on. Please view all pictures as I consider them part of the description.
