This, appears to be, an OEM 1960s Murray pedal car steering wheel and steering shaft. We compared to like photos on the internet so please double check this information.
Steering wheel measures 7-1/2" x 6", shaft 16-1/2".
Clean, no rust or damage, still has some original white paint on the back - use magnifier to carefully check out condition details.
