Vintage Plastic Space Man Astronaut Mechanical Walking And Swings Arms

This is a great vintage astronaut in working order. The decal on the front is very worn but would say "United States". The plastic is discolored with age and needs a good cleaning, stands about 5 1/2" tall. I don't see a maker mark but in looking at images it resembles Comet Toys or Tomiyama. The Plastic seems solids, no cracks or breaks.The back of the space man does seem to a dried glue mark at each corner of his back- I do not know why. I searched images but could not find... a match to this guy.
