Funko Booth Details - Please be aware that Funko is by far the most difficult booth to access and most exclusive items to obtain in all of San Diego Comic Con. They also implemented a lottery last year that is expected to be similar again this year. Due to this, no seller, including myself can guarantee that this item will be obtained. What I do promise is that we will do everything in our power to obtain this exclusive for you. We have a large group, so we are hopeful for good results in the lottery. If not, then we will work lines, overflow, and any connections that we have to try and obtain this item. In the end, again if for any reason we are unable to get this, this does have a 100% money back guarantee in the event that we are unable to get this item for you. Obtaining comic con exclusives is never easy. We work very hard and it takes a lot of time and effort on our part to get these exclusive items. We have been doing this for almost 10 years now. We do a very high volume for conventions compared to most ebay sellers and always try to provide the best service, secure the best packaging and make sure the items are in the best condition as possible. With this in mind, we want buyers to be more aware of our efforts during the convention. Many nights we are camping overnight, while our days are spent waiting in lines at the convention trying to buy these exclusives for our buyers. We then go back and work to package these items at the end of each day to get them out as soon as possible. Then it all begins again. We ask that our buyers be patient during the convention as we can not always respond right away. We understand you are eager to know if your item has been obtained or when it will ship, but it takes a lot of time to respond to all the emails we get throughout the weekend. Time that we are usually spending camping, buying, packing and shipping. Rest assured, if there are any problems or delays we will contact the buyer as soon as we possibly can. In the rare case that there is a problem obtaining an item, We will notify the buyer no later then the Monday following the convention. Keeping in mind that we will be working all weekend to fill our orders. Unfortunately, they will not all be filled the first day.
